Up and Coming

Ok so being as though this blog is fairly new you know I am always looking for new and different ways to just make this the ultimate in fab for all of you who have become faithful readers so I have decided to make some major changes to the blog.

As you all know on the podcasts there have been some major announcements concerning NYC Fall Fashion Week (September 2007) and there will be little tidbits on the blog just to follow up with that because there is only 35 more days until the kickoff of the fashion event of the season.

Also as a High Maintenance girl one of my biggest philosophies is that you must always go out looking your best, not only do you represent yourself but you also represent those associated with you and the last thing you want is to be classified as the corny friend.......so after some serious brainstorming I will be posting some serious beauty tips for you so that you always put your best foot forward. And being a HM Girl is not just about the beauty and the fashion it's more about takign pride in everything that you do so I'm starting to troll about for home improvement tips and entertaininf tips as well. Hey even if you live in the smallest effiency in SOHO make sure it's the hottest there is.

Ohhhhhh there's so much and so little time but trust and believe that I will be there to cover it all and make sure you get the best info that's out there.

Here we go!!!

Hello out there!

Welcome to the High Maintenance Lounge and this is my very first blog on here and let me tell you that I am very happy to be here! Estatic even, now even though I am no stranger to blogging this is my very first personal blog to talk about just about anything and everything but mostly I will be focused on fashion and beauty. The celeb scene and how you can get the same look for less, and just in general what it means to be a High Maintenance Girl!

One thing I really want to stress is that being High Maintenance is not just about looking good or making others look bad. It's really about knowing who you are as a woman, or a girl growing into a woman and respecting that. To me you have to have the whole package and be comfortable enough in yourself to know that you can do this on your own and know that there is nothing wrong with a little 'me' time. Going forward you will hear me rant and rave about everything and in planning this blog I know I will be typing my heart out because there are so many topics that I really want to speak on and get your input on. So check back often I wouldn't want you to miss out on a single juicy post............
