Push the Edge Tutorial

I went shopping this week and was so very drawn to the Push the Edge pigment in the new MAC collection I just had to have it. I decided to go with a slightly smokey look that to me can be worn day or evening. Check out the video it's a super easy look and I just love it, I may add lashes if I'm going out to the club or something. Enjoy everyone and as always Be Beautiful...

Foundation: MAC Studio Fix Powder in NC50 and Sephora's Blush duo #2

Be sure to have your small fan brush to sweep away fallout and a large fan brush for blush. Also a blender brush for blending colors in the crease

MAC's Push the Edge pigment, Coastal Scents gel eyeliner in black, NYX Doll Eye mascara, Sephora's eyeliner in black, small blender brush, angled liner brush, and large fluffy brush for highlight.

And here is the final look, I so love purple!! Oh and NYX Chestnut gloss was used, it is a fab neutral gloss for my skintone.

Brown & Pink Tutorial

So for this 4th of July I decided to go against the red, white and blue and do something totally different. So I did this super cure pink and brown look, it's super fun and flirty and just something different. I even decided to play up my full lips by using a hot pink lip polish. So there have been some pretty hot days here on the east coast, so I have decided to share some of my makeup tips for the summer.
Generally I tend to pair down my full face of makeup for something a bit more sheer and natural. So no liquid foundation while it's humid simply because I have very oily skin and you can imagine how I look after a hot humid day. So I just use a powder and mascara for those hot days.
